English

In English on Thursday 23 September, I accidentally fell asleep. Here's the story:

We were doing narratives and the English teacher, let's call her Mrs X, told us to close our eyes and make ourselves comfortable while she guided us through a visualization process to think up of a character, etc. First was a name - check, I got that. Second was their clothing and what they looked like - check, I got that too. Third was their hands - check, I got that. Next thing I knew, I heard something about "shaking the shoulders a little" to wake ourselves up and to fill in the worksheet in front of us which had eight things and to write in as much as we could remember. I remembered the first three, but from Parts 4 to 8 ... Nothing??? I asked my friend next to me, "Did Mrs X go through ALL of these?" and she said "Yes, she did." And I said, "Uh-oh ... Friend Y, I think I must have fallen asleep!!!" Whoops!!

So here you are ...

You see, I was still tired from the Middle School Concert on Tuesday, so yeah, and I fall asleep nearly everywhere anyway (including the bus, the car, at home, obviously, the library - I once did that, and, as I discovered, the classroom, even!!)

About Me

My photo
I am a bright character, who is usually very cheery, funny in sarcastic ways and funny when I don't mean to be, and I would like to stand out but I am a shy person. Sometimes, I want to really do something but I don't end up doing it, or I only do the job (looking) half-heartedly, because I am too scared to let my real self go. Something that I would like to do later on would be to get rid of my shyness and express myself in my true ways. I want to be a better person - be nicer to people, but also be firm when necessary. I want to stop getting onto people's nerves for minor matters. When I grow up, I want to meet some famous people (mostly celebrities) whom I admire and love for what they do and for their down-to-earth personalities.
